INFORMATION & TERMS FOR A VALAHIA KITTEN:
ALL THE FUTURE OWNERS OF A CAT MAINE COON OF OUR BREEDER ARE COMMITTED TO NOT AMPUT THE NAILS OR TO ENJECT IT
All kittens will be delivered after 3 months of life, never before.
The kitten will be delivered with its corresponding disappearances (internal and external), vaccines, microchip in the name of the new owner, veterinary certificate, passport (card) and in case of traveling abroad with the rabies vaccine.

If the new owner does not pick up the kitten when it is 16 weeks old, you may lose the reserve and the kitten. Unless previously to a written agreement and the both parts has agreed another date for the delivery / pick up of the kitten.
The pedigree will be delivered next to the Kitten as long as the breeder has it for the date if it is not so it will be delivered immediately as soon as the breeder receives it by mail from his corresponding club.
A Valahia Legends cat go out with a pedigree FIFE.

The companion kittens are delivered sterilized. Pedigrees of companion cats will have restriction for breeding.

Our kittens are delivered by hand, either coming to pick them up, or traveling to their homes, with a plus for home delivery.

We will not give kittens to homes that do not have protected windows and / or terraces, balconies, gazebos with nets, Mayas or electric shepherds.
​
We will always be available for any questions, advice, questions or comments for adopters.
The breeder is not responsible for the qualifications obtained by the puppy in the exhibitions, nor for his or her aesthetic evolution or that of his offspring.

We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of kitten agreed at any time before the final delivery of the kitten, in which case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
Our cats live with us in a familiar and pleasant environment. Sharing your life with cats, dogs and humans.
No cat from Valahia Maine Coon or any descendants of it will ever be destined for pet stores, zoos, experimental centers, circuses ... etc. In such case the cat will have to be returned immediately to the breeder.
These conditions are established with the purpose and the pursuit of the well-being of each and every one of the kittens coming out of our house.

Breeding CATS
In case that one of our kittens is going to be part of the breeding plan for other breeder, it must meet, in addition to the previous conditions, the following:

We will not release kittens for breeding if you are not in possession of an cattery name, or failing in processing, in any of the feline international associations and being members of any of the existing clubs.
​
White kittens for breeding will be accompanied by a certificate signed and stamped by a licensed veterinarian that does not suffer from deafness.
​
The future breeder must meet a series of characteristics related to what we understand as breeding, so you must understand that we will have many questions to ask and get to know each other a little better before making that decision to give a kitten to be part of their breeding .

Reservations for breeding kittens are not accepted before the kitten's 8 weeks of life, since it is at that moment that they can begin to see in them the future characteristics.
